She is very passionate about assisting adolescents, young adults and adults through life transitions that may bring about anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and trauma reactions.

Her approach is eclectic, holistic, and person-centered; she meets the individual where they are and adapts to the unique needs of those she has the privilege to work with. She is skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. She is also well versed in mindfulness techniques and positive psychology approaches.

Outside of her profession, she enjoys painting, sewing, hiking, kayaking, spending time with her family, tending to her plants, and completing DIY projects at her home.
