Chad Crowley joins our team after over twenty-five years of experience in the fine dining restaurant management industry. Along with millions of others, Chad found himself seeking something new after the onset of the pandemic.
During his self-reflection, Chad came across the notion of “Ikigai”, which is a Japanese concept meaning ‘a reason for being’. The concept challenges one to have their work be an overlapping of four aspects – 1. what we love, 2. what we are good at, 3. what the world needs, and 4. what we can be paid for.
Chad decided to seek something that more deeply integrated a direct helping of others. This, along with his long experience in focusing on the finer points of customer service has led him to our Operations Support team.
Chad has been known to offer witty banter and repartee to both clients and clinicians alike. Says Chad, “I am but a humble Sherpa on the fine road to wellbeing.”
