Building a Practice for a Resilient Nervous System + Emotion Regulation
Virtual Class: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 6:00-6:30pm

A 30-minute telehealth class with the intention of helping folks build a habitual daily practice of techniques to support healthy nervous system regulation.
Would you benefit from increased emotional regulation? Or have you struggled to treat the symptoms of depression or trauma with therapy alone? Are you interested in learning additional skills to practice outside of your therapy hour?
Why 3 times a week? In the interest of creating a habitual personal practice, participants are encouraged to attend all 3 sessions each week, although participants are welcome to determine the frequency that best fits their needs.
This class will be part education, and part skills practice. It is not intended as a replacement for therapy, but as an important supplement to regular therapy sessions.
Youth under 13 should plan to join with a parent or guardian.
