Her prior experience includes intensive outpatient services including leading a Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP), substance use, inpatient services, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), outpatient services, chronic health issues, and substance use related illnesses. Her theoretical orientation is an eclectic approach which includes techniques for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), existential theory, along with person–centered techniques.
Tiffany provides group, individual, and family counseling to individuals with a variety of disorders including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, depression disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, and issues related to chronic pain and chronic health issues.
Outside of the office, Tiffany enjoys reading, anything related to music, trying new food, cooking/baking, and hanging out with her two miniature dachshunds, Lily and Merlin, and her Bernadoodle, Hank.
