I hold tight to the experience and belief that we already have the answers within us. I want my clients to not only survive the things that challenge them the most, but to thrive and fall in love with their life.
I love the process of supporting people in reconnecting to themselves, especially during times of life’s inevitable transitions. You may find yourself separating from a loved one, bringing new members into your family, experiencing grief and loss, or beginning to shift your identity. Growth is never easy and sometimes we must face our fears, doubts, and pain with compassion. This allows us to look into all of the mirrors life presents us with to see ourselves clearly. I find that my clients are often brilliant and motivated seekers. Over the last ten years, I have had the privilege to bear witness to people that have accomplished amazing things when they get clear on their goals. When you have the space to apply the skills you have, you can create the wild and precious life you are searching for.
I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety. My go to “approach” is to be human WITH you and hold space for all that you are experiencing. I feel that it’s an honor to hold that trust, and will not take it for granted. I am also trained in a somatic approach (EMDR) that target the source (your nervous system) of the symptoms you’re feeling. There is some exciting research in this area of neuroscience as a way to effectively shift core beliefs and where those are stored in our bodies.
This work can be life-changing. To make it as accessible as possible, I offer some evening hours. Please call or email if you have any questions, or if you’d like to schedule an appointment. You can be in love with your life—let me show you how.
