Steven possesses over 20 years of healthcare experience with both a clinical and clerical background.  He began his healthcare work history in the US Army while serving as a medical specialist. After his military career, Steven began his civilian career as a phlebotomist and transitioned to the support side of healthcare.

Steven’s clerical knowledge and experience include patient registration, billing, scheduling and office coordination. Over the last few years, Steven was fortunate to work with youths and adolescents at Teen Health Connection and Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics with the Atrium Health system in the role of Operation
Manager.  In 2014, Steven obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management. Most recently he went back to continue his studies and obtained a master’s degree in management and leadership.
