Stuart Jeckel is a Master of Social Work candidate with years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children.
Stuart is a former social scientist at Harvard University specializing in educational psychology, where he published peer-reviewed research, taught pedagogy, and earned his Ed.M. He plans to complete his MSW at Western Carolina University in May, 2025.
Stuart uses a psychodynamic approach to treatment, with the goal of improving the lives and quality of relationships of clients. He works with clients to free unconscious patterns of relating to themselves and others. His work is complemented by his background as a student of meditation. He has experience working with those with relationship issues, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attachment issues, and a trauma history. His aim is to listen deeply, and to engage in a lively therapeutic conversation to transform suffering into freedom, flexibility, and satisfaction in life.
