Hannah Clark (she/her) is currently wrapping up her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of The Cumberlands and obtained her bachelor’s degree in human services from Lees McRae College in Banner Elk, NC. Through her ongoing education and time working in the field, she has an ever-growing understanding of not only addiction and the impact of mental health but the difficulties that accompany the human journey as well.
Hannah utilizes a person-centered reality theory approach, with skills from motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy to create a safe and supportive environment that allows a client to feel seen and heard so that they can trust the therapeutic relationship to gain the clarity and growth they seek.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys gardening, hiking, swimming, tending to her chickens, cooking, and most importantly spending time with her loved ones; two legged, four legged, finned and feathered.
