Kathryn Marshall is a Licensed Psychological Associate and Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She is also an approved provider of traumatic brain injury psychological services with the NC Department of Public Instruction. Kathryn received her bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C. and her masters and specialist in School Psychology from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C.
Kathryn’s practice is focused on psychological/psychoeducational assessment. She has extensive experience assessing early childhood development, autism, ADHD, executive functioning, traumatic brain injuries, cognitive processing, learning disabilities (including dyslexia), adaptive skills, social emotional functioning and behavior. Kathryn has special interests in early childhood, autism, and traumatic brain injuries. Kathryn utilizes a strengths based assessment approach and is passionate about helping children and their families understand their unique skills and needs.
Kathryn has a decade of experience with the public schools. She knows that the IEP and 504 processes can be overwhelming. Kathryn is able to provide assistance in understanding and navigating special education and the school systems.
