I view therapy as a space for deepening our self-understanding, develop new skills, and gaining insights into ongoing challenges. I have experience working with clients in areas including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress. My approach incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, and authenticity. I value a non-judgmental and trusting therapeutic alliance, where I show up as my authentic self to each session.

I’m a clinical social worker, utilizing evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also draw upon a strengths-based perspective, viewing clients through the lens of their own inherent abilities and potential while focusing on skills to build resilience.

I believe therapy is a space to understand ourselves and uncover the root cause of our psychological challenges. Our lives can be incredibly complex, stressful, and confusing and many of us walk around with deep, unaddressed wounds. I hope to help calm the inner-critic and voice that can feel unhelpful and overbearing. I am passionate about working with clients to foster feeling authentic, confident, and clear about their lives.
