Carrie Jackson is a native of South Asheville, where she has remained to raise her family. Carrie completed her education at Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She then conducted background investigations for 15 years under the supervision of a private investigator.

Carrie’s education and former career sparked a passion for mental healthcare, so she moved into a practice management position which supported mental health providers throughout the state of North Carolina. As the most recent addition to the Matone Counseling & Testing support team, Carrie looks forward to utilizing her administrative skills to empower clinical staff and clients.

In her spare time, Carrie enjoys crafting, reading, thrift store shopping, Pittsburgh Steelers football, and spending time with family.
