At Matone Counseling and Testing, we work with all major insurance payers. The group is contracted with the following insurance companies:
Availability
**We have limited testing availability at this time and are operating on a waitlist system for some testing needs.
Patient With No Insurance or Out of Network
Patients with no insurance or who hold out of network plans are required to pay in full at the time of service. We will provide appropriate documentation for clients wishing to file for out-of-network reimbursement.
Additional Fees
A one-time intake and registration fee of $60.00 is charged to all new counseling clients at the time of scheduling. If you are not satisfied after your first session and don’t want to continue services, we will be happy to refund this fee.
A one-time testing administrative fee of $250 is charged for all psychological testing cases. This is non-refundable if testing is administered and it cannot be billed to insurance. We are one of the few practices in town that accept insurance for a full range of psychological testing services. This fee covers the significant costs associated with testing that aren’t covered by insurance.
Administrative and enrollment fees are waived for Medicaid clients.
