Men’s Group

Your mental health is important. It’s often difficult for men to find a space to share their experiences and garner support. This group is aimed at providing men with the opportunity to work through life stresses, emotional struggles, and interpersonal issues. This group meets every other Thursday evening, 6:30-8pm, starting February 22nd, 2024 and is open to new comers, with a maximum of 8 participants per meeting. Each session will be facilitated by a therapist who is well-versed in addressing men’s issues and will provide a related theme for each session, including, but not limited to: self-esteem, emotional regulation, emotional awareness, societal and role expectations, and relationship issues. The cost is $50/session, with a sliding scale rate available based on need. Come join other men in experiencing a comfortable and supportive space to process, heal, and overcome.
