Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology from Tel Aviv University in Israel, and went on to complete her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, with a child-
focused concentration, at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo. She has been practicing for four years and is a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) in North Carolina.
Rachel’s clinical experience has been rooted in community health centers, where she has worked primarily with school-aged children and adolescents. She supports young
clients navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, ADHD, ASD, trauma, and behavioral concerns, among others. Alongside therapy, she is experienced in
psychological assessment, including evaluations for ADHD, ASD, and learning disorders. Her work centers on client-led dynamic therapy and play therapy, meeting
each child where they are and allowing the work to unfold at a pace that feels safe and natural.
Outside of her clinical work, Rachel is a lifelong learner who loves reading, singing, humor, and spending time with her family. She practices yoga and has taught
mindfulness and meditation to children, drawing on those same principles of lightheartedness, presence and calm in her own daily life. Above all, she values strong
family and interpersonal connectedness- something she hopes to bring to every relationship with the children and families she works with.
