Alishia (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) in North Carolina who earner her Bachelor of Social
Work (BSW) in 2020 and her Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2021 from Western Carolina University. She has been passionately working in the field of mental health and addiction for
over 10 years and has extensive case management and community mental health experience.

Alishia brings a compassionate curious presence her sessions, believing that each individual is the expert of their own lives. She utilizes a whole person integrative approach, drawing from
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques to support individuals in creating meaningful and lasting changes.
She approaches each individual with openness, taking time to deeply understand their unique experience and perspectives.

Alishia works with individuals 18+ and is especially drawn to supporting individuals navigating challenging life transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Complex Trauma, and personal challenges. She
understands that these experiences can feel overwhelming and works alongside clients to help them make sense of what they are going through in a safe and supportive environment.

Outside of work, Alishia embodies her playful spirit, spending time with her two young children and two dogs. She enjoys peaceful moments in nature, reading, and playing violin, as well as
more vibrant moments, attending music shows and traveling.
