Mandi (she/her) has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from UNC Charlotte, and is actively pursuing a Master’s education from Gardner-Webb University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a certified yoga teacher who is working diligently to pick up other modalities for her clinical practice while honing her skills in supervised training.
Mandi works with all ages to help individuals, couples, families, and groups through their transitions, experiences, and challenges. She has a person-centered approach that is tailored to the client’s unique needs and goals. Her methods are informed by holistic and integrative techniques such as Mindfulness, Theory of Development, Somatic Yoga, Expressive Arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). Her aim is to create structured and safe spaces for client exploration and goal management through compassion and evidence-based tools.
Outside of sessions, Mandi enjoys a good cup of tea, creating art and music, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.”
