Blake’s clinical experience is rooted in school counseling, where she has spent the past five years helping adolescents and young adults address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns. She enjoys working with clients between the ages of 15 and 35 and has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, low self-esteem, social skills deficits, and ADHD. Blake utilizes a collaborative and strengths-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients develop practical strategies and build resilience. In addition to her LCMHC-A credential, she holds School Counseling Licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Outside of her professional work, Blake enjoys staying active through running and spending time at the beach. She values the balance that her hobbies bring to her life and believes in the importance of self-care and wellness. Blake is also a proud pet owner and enjoys spending time with her corgi, Ellie, who keeps her active and entertained.
