Brian is a Charlotte native who pursued his Bachelor’s degree in journalism at the University of Georgia. Following a decade-long career in retail management, he recognized that the most energizing part of his experiences at work and elsewhere had always been true human connection. Brian returned to school and completed his Master’s in Counseling at UNCC.
Specializing in men’s issues, anxiety, stress and anger, Brian creates an environment where his clients understand that their stories matter and that they can take charge of writing new stories for tomorrow. His therapy is rooted in the client-centered approach, while honoring and utilizing the power of the mind to create better realities. In addition to client-centered therapy, Brian integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), existential therapy, and others
Brian’s leisure time is spent exercising, reading, and anything related to cars.
