Carley earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University. She is developing her clinical skills through supervised training and is passionate about creating a supportive, welcoming space where clients feel seen and understood.
Carley works with clients ages five and older and is especially interested in supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship concerns. She has a strong interest in couples work and values helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and foster meaningful connection. Her approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and she collaborates with clients to tailor treatment to their unique goals and experiences.
Outside of the therapy room, Carley enjoys going on walks with her dog, Coco, playing the piano, and learning Spanish while deepening her connection to her family’s cultural roots.
