Grace Pool, LMFT

Remote Only

Grace Pool (She/They) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina. They earned a Masters of Counseling in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Adler Graduate School in 2022 after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota in 2017.

Grace works with individuals and couples who want to use therapy as a space to explore who they are beyond their defenses, their worries, and their insecurities. With a foundation in relational therapy, Grace is thoughtful about the connection between our mental health, our relationships, and the environment we live within. In session, you will be met with support in understanding how your experiences, past and present, have shaped how you navigate the world. Grace will support you in letting go of emotional weight that could be holding you back from living as authentic and empowered as you can.

Grace works from a neurodivergent affirming & trauma informed lens. They enjoy working with ADHD, ASD, trauma, relationship issues, and LGBTQ+ folks. Weaving together a range of approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment theory, parts work, and EMDR- they’ll take time to find what truly works for you.
