I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina and earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2025. I see adolescents and adults experiencing many different mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, ADHD, relationship and family issues, identity development, and athlete mental health.

Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming—and at times paralyzing. I am passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships with my clients, because I believe that kind of connection can be a powerful agent for change in life. I take a flexible approach tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. While my philosophy is rooted in Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I also draw from a variety of other evidence-based methods, such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.

I completed my clinical training at a university counseling center, where I supported college students of varied identities, ages, and cultural backgrounds. Prior to that I worked as a youth crisis counselor at a residential shelter for adolescents navigating acute mental health and life crises.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family, reading and writing stories, playing disc golf, and sipping on the occasional mountain dew.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.
