Keely (She/They) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. She earned her Master’s in Counseling from UNC Charlotte and has provided counseling for over 5 years. They have experience working in various settings, such as group homes, education, and mental health agencies.

Keely works with clients aged 16 or older. She specializes in working with clients who believe they are Neurodivergent, may have ADHD, Autism, OCD, Anxiety/Stress, Trauma, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Addictive personalities, and/or Disordered eating behaviors. They are especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals who want a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore gender identity and expression. A typical counseling session may involve Mindfulness-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based practices and techniques.

In her free time, Keely enjoys hiking, hanging out with friends, organizing things, baking, obsessing over pandas, and reading Philosophy books. They also have a beautiful Australian-Shephard that will forever be a puppy. Keely is a passionate therapist who offers a holistic approach to wellness, intertwined with humor and determination to help individuals live more authentically.
