Kim Bogert (she/her) is a third-year graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. With a background as a grief coach and mindfulness practitioner, Kim brings a compassionate, mindfulness-based, and evidence-based approach to her work with clients.
Kim integrates techniques from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and existential theory to create a supportive space for adults navigating life’s challenges. She is committed to helping clients explore their emotions, build resilience, and find clarity as they work toward personal growth and well-being.
Beyond counseling, Kim enjoys mindfulness and meditation practice, yoga, spending time in nature, reading, and cherishing moments with her family, kids, and dog.
