Kristin Connor is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) based in  Asheville, North Carolina. She earned her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling  from Wake Forest University. Kristin works with individuals navigating bereavement, caregiver  strain, and major life transitions, as well as the anxiety and depression.

Informed by life experience, Kristin brings attunement to the ways change and loss can shift  identity, disrupt emotional stability, and challenge one’s ability to function in daily life. She  supports clients who are adjusting to new roles, carrying the weight of caregiving  responsibilities, or rebuilding after moments that reshape what they believed life would look like.

Kristin integrates evidence-based interventions, reflective processing, and psychoeducation to  help clients reduce overwhelm, regulate their nervous system, and cultivate sustainable coping  strategies. Her goal is to help individuals regain footing during destabilizing periods, broaden  their capacity for resilience, and reconnect with purpose, meaning, and themselves.

Through trust, attunement, and collaborative connection, Kristin hopes clients walk away feeling  steadier, more supported, and more equipped to navigate the landscapes of change and loss with  clarity and self-compassion.
