Olivia has experience providing therapy to school-aged clients and their families. She currently works with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. She is available to see individuals, couples, and families. Olivia specializes in helping clients navigate through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family struggles, and school-related stress. Her therapeutic style is compassionate and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Olivia’s hope is to help clients grow in their strength, process past experiences, and learn tools such as coping skills and mindfulness to stay grounded in times of stress. She recognizes the importance of mind-body connection and nurturing the whole person, offering somatic and movement techniques that coincide with mental health therapy.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys reading, practicing yoga and pilates, traveling, going to concerts, and spending quality time with her boyfriend and her cat, Stevie. Olivia is a new resident of Charlotte and likes to explore new coffee shops, places to eat, and things to do in the city.
