Olivia is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who earned her M.Ed from Winthrop University. In addition, she carries full licensure in South Carolina as a Licensed Professional Counselor and clinical supervisor. Olivia has been practicing for over a decade having worked with clients of all ages and genders. Olivia primarily sees children/adolescents (10+ virtually), young adults, and adults. She has experience as a clinical supervisor, having managed a large school mental health team and currently enjoys mentoring the next generation of therapists in the field.

Her experience is broad reflecting years working with clients from various diverse backgrounds. She has worked in schools, outpatient community mental health and in private practice. Having worked with children and families for over a decade Olivia has professional experience in identifying root causes of child/teen behavior and a specific set of skills to help address negative family dynamics. Olivia utilizes an eclectic approach pulling from a variety of therapeutic tools and believes in a whole-body approach in treating the clients she sees. Olivia is firmly grounded in family systems work and it is not uncommon for her to engage multiple family members during her treatment sessions. Olivia is trained in and utilizes EMDR, AF-CBT, and TF-CBT treatment modalities addressing trauma symptoms. A veteran herself, Olivia is passionate about serving this population and has specialized training in treating first-responders and their families.
