Her therapeutic approach is client-centered and strength-based, recognizing and building upon each individual’s existing resilience and capabilities. Samantha utilizes evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. She believes in empowering individuals to overcome obstacles, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Outside of her professional work, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters, engaging in creative crafts, reading, and traveling.
