Jessica is grateful to work in a field that she is truly passionate about—connecting individuals with mental healthcare. She has experience working as a Program Manager in a residential treatment facility. Her experience encompasses staff supervision, group facilitation, and crisis management, all aimed at creating safe and nurturing environments for growth and healing.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, which informs her advocacy work, particularly in support of the LGBTQIA+ community. Desiring to further her education, Jessica is planning on going back to school to pursue a Master’s in Social Work.
