Jayne McKeon grew up in Iowa where she earned her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts before moving to Western North Carolina in 2021. She is looking forward to going back to school in 2024 at UNCA to finish her undergraduate degree before going on to pursue a Master’s in Counseling. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, practicing yoga and meditation, attending live music, reading every self-help book, spending time with friends, family and 2 year old rescue dog, “Bellie.” Jayne is also an artist and draws much of her inspiration from exploring patterns and themes across nature, consciousness and the human psyche. She has a passion for therapy and the healing arts, and is thrilled to be in a space where she can observe and learn from an amazing network of counselors providing diverse care for patients at Matone Counseling and Testing.
