Nicole Boudreaux, LCSW
Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. She earned her Master’s Degrees in Social Work from Western Carolina University where she focused on Integrated Healthcare and was recognized for Excellence in Leadership. She is passionate about working with adolescents and teens (12-18) and young adults who may be experiencing challenges with difficulty adjusting to new situations, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma.
She enjoys helping clients to learn the language of the body through mindfulness and sensory/somatic awareness and 8s trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS). She additionally utilizes elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Restructuring.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, running, practicing yoga, re-watching classic movies from the 80’s and 90’s, being outdoors, and being near ANY body of water.
