Nicole Boudreaux, LCSW
Nicole (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. She earned her Master’s Degrees in Social Work from Western Carolina University where she focused on Integrated Healthcare and was recognized for Excellence in Leadership. She is passionate about working with young adults and adults who may be experiencing challenges with life transitions, anxiety and trauma. As a mother of two boys, she also enjoys helping parents to navigate challenging parent-child dynamics.
She enjoys helping clients to learn the language of the body through mindfulness and sensory/somatic awareness and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS). She additionally utilizes elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Restructuring and enjoys sharing the elements of nonviolent communication with her clients.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, trail running, practicing yoga, re-watching classic movies from the 80’s and 90’s, being outdoors, and being near ANY body of water.
